Whether you're a salad aficionado, a grilling enthusiast, or simply love to dip and dunk, this zesty Italian dressing is sure to become a beloved staple in your kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Badia Italian Mediterranean Seasoning (see notes)
  • 2 cups Olive OIl (extra virgin)
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (or white vinegar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Honey Mustard (prepared)
  • 1 tsp Salt (more or less per taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper-Ground (more or less per taste)
Instructions
    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Mock Badia Italian Mediterranean Seasoning Blend, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, honey mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
    2. While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
    3. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
    4. Transfer the dressing to a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
    5. Shake well before using, as the ingredients may separate over time.
Note

If you're unable to find the Mediterranean seasoning blend at your local store, don't worry! You can easily make your own blend using common herbs. Alternatively, look for a store-bought blend that includes ingredients such as basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and sage.
